Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please remember to check your junk folder if you cannot find the confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Deliveries are made from 7am and 7pm. You will be contacted via text message by the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at forty.hall@enfield.gov.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds & Returns

Our store does not accept returns. Please do not mail any orders back to us. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at forty.hall@enfield.gov.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. If the evidence of the damages are sufficient we will refund the full cost of your order.
